If you have a product that is defective when you receive it, we will gladly exchange the same product within 30-days of your order date.

What is a defective product?

1. If the graphic on your product is misprinted or incorrect
2. The size of the item your ordered is incorrect
3. The color of the item you ordered is incorrect

How to return a defective product

In the case of defective items, we will ship you the same item at our expense. 

If you received a defective item, please start the process by:

1. Complete the Defective Item Return form at https://saltmustflow.com/returns. You will be required to upload a photo showing the issue with the item when you submit your return form.

You can keep the original item if you choose. There is no need to send it back.

What if the item I ordered doesn’t fit?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for apparel products that don’t fit properly. 

Each apparel product includes a sizing chart to help you select the right size based on your measurements.

Please review the sizing charts that are included with each product that offers different sizes. To avoid ordering things that don’t fit, please take a couple minutes to make sure the size you order will likely fit the person wearing it.
