This is How it Works

Find, Interview, Hire

Once you complete your online account, we start recruiting caregivers that match your profile. Our personal care managers can show you how to walk through steps of screening, interviewing and hiring a caregiver.

Scheduling and Reminders

Keep Safe Care Direct provides the tools that help you plan care and allow your loved ones to safely “age in place.” In addition to scheduling, we offer daily reminders to the caregivers to ensure proper care is given.

Payroll and Billing

Families have enough to worry about and keeping track of time cards, clocking in and paying caregivers should not be one of those worries. We take care of all the back office items needed for payroll and billing.

Our personal care managers will guide you along the way if you need help, because the last thing we want you to do is worry.

Keeping Your Loved Ones Safe

Connect with your Healthcare Team

We have an electronic email notification system that alerts your loved one’s healthcare providers in case of a significant critical change in status or worsening health, preventing needless emergent events and emergency room visits.

Your Circle of Care

We have created a system that allows loved ones and extended family members to stay informed on what care is being performed and easily stay in communication within your family and friends. You can also communicate directly with your caregiver through the site.

Manage your Plan of Care

Ensuring that the right care is actually given is every bit as important as hiring the right caregiver. Our online Care Plans make it easy to communicate care needs and care delivery. In addition, you can easily print and forward these plans for Long Term Care Insurance reimbursement.
